If it is a more personal experience you seek, my knowledge of adapting poses lets the yoga connect to your body where it’s at. Whether that’s recovering from an injury, being brand new to yoga, wanting to take the “type A” out of your practice, or simply wanting to learn how to meditate. I will bring plenty of props, an extra mat, and anything else you might think you need before you get started.

Have some friends and co-workers who would all like to feel better and do some yoga but none of you have the time or money to join a gym or studio? Want the convenience of practicing where and when you want to? I’ll come to you once a week: in your office, at a home, in a park, on the beach, on a production set, or anywhere else we can legally practice together.
Book a one or two hour session to see if yoga is right for you, or to get guidance on a few specific target areas of your body (which can include your mind!!), or deepen your understanding of yoga poses. You can even take notes and learn how to practice on your own.

Book a personalized, two-hour group yoga session for up to 15 people in a studio setting. It’s a great way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and milestones, and an even better excuse to get together with people you care about and have fun while also relaxing.
You can be as involved as you’d like in “producing” the event, from choosing music, readings, themes, poses, you name it. I’ll prepare a session with an eye toward newcomers in your group, and can send you off to a nice meal in a relaxed, revitalized state.
